Creating Botanical Art and Sharing Joy with Seniors from H.K.S.K.H. Lady MacLehose Centre

Bathed in the warm sunshine of a beautiful afternoon on 18 September 2026, the Conpak Volunteers joined hands with the Cheung Hang Rehabilitation Centre of the Cheung Hing Wah Charitable Foundation, a service unit operated by H.K.S.K.H. Lady MacLehose Centre, to organise a Botanical Printing Workshop for senior participants, sharing moments of creativity and connection.

During the event, volunteers paired up with seniors on a one-to-one basis to create unique botanical prints by transferring the natural colours and textures of leaves and flowers onto fabric. As they immersed themselves in the relaxing creative process, participants discovered the beauty of nature through artistic creation. The activity also provided valuable opportunities for volunteers and seniors to interact and enjoy warm conversations, enriching the afternoon with laughter and joy.

With the Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, Conpak prepared gift packs for the participating seniors, many of whom live alone or require additional support. Through these thoughtful gifts and expressions of care, Conpak sought to bring warmth and encouragement to the seniors, helping them feel the kindness and support of the broader community.

As part of its ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility, Conpak actively supports community initiatives and volunteer services.
