Conpak Participates in the 9th China International Import Expo and Exchanges Views with HKSAR Chief Executive on Mainland Enterprises Going Global
The 9th China International Import Expo (CIIE) takes place from 5 to 10 November 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Conpak is participating as a member of the HKSAR Government's Task Force on Supporting Mainland Enterprises in Going Global (GoGlobal Task Force) and is exhibiting at the Hong Kong Services Pavilion, where its dedicated team of professionals provides one-stop professional consultation services for Mainland enterprises on cross-border investment structuring, Outbound Direct Investment (ODI) filings, audit, tax advisory, trademark registration, patent applications, employment visas, family office advisory and Hong Kong listing strategies.
On 5 November, Mr John Lee Ka-chiu, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, participated in the opening ceremony of the 9th China International Import Expo and the Hongqiao International Economic Forum, and later visited the Conpak booth for an exchange session. Mr Law Hon-man, Chief Executive Officer of Conpak Greater China, shared Conpak's practical experience and case studies in supporting Mainland enterprises to leverage Hong Kong as a platform for international expansion. Mr Law said, "Hong Kong serves as a vital bridge connecting Mainland enterprises with international markets. Conpak remains committed to leveraging its core strengths in cross-border taxation and compliance to help enterprises capitalise on Hong Kong's unique advantages and achieve sustainable growth on the global stage."
Leveraging Hong Kong's Role as a "Super Connector" and "Super Value-adder" to Support High-quality Global Expansion
In recent years, Conpak has been appointed as a member of the HKSAR Government's GoGlobal Task Force, named a Core Partner of the Shanghai Hongqiao Overseas Development Service Center, selected as a member of the Shanghai Enterprises Going Global Professional Service Alliance, the Shenzhen Association of Trade in Services, and the Guangzhou Belt and Road Investment Enterprises Association. A case study showcasing Conpak's Going Global services was featured on the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) website under its List of Accounting Firms Helping Mainland Enterprises Go Global. Conpak was also selected for inclusion in the Department of Justice's Collection of Success Stories: Hong Kong's Professional Services Supporting Chinese Mainland Enterprises Going Global.
Conpak believes that the exchange with the Chief Executive at the CIIE not only demonstrates recognition of the firm's professional expertise and commitment in supporting Mainland enterprises going global, but also provides greater momentum for Conpak to further advance its efforts to support enterprises' international expansion. Looking ahead, Conpak will continue to deepen its practical expertise in cross-border taxation and compliance, align its services with the evolving needs of Mainland enterprises, and support the HKSAR Government's commitment to strengthening Hong Kong's pivotal role as a "super connector" and "super value-adder". By leveraging Hong Kong as a gateway to international markets, Conpak will continue helping Mainland enterprises connect with global opportunities and achieve sustainable growth.
