Position: IT Specialist

Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily maintenance and monitoring the system
- Responsible for developing, installing, upgrading and maintaining system's soft and hardware
- Responsible for tracking, checking, evaluating and optimizing company's IT, telephone and network
- Analyze and respond to abnormity of system and network promptly and spontaneously
- Monitor server operation, create run log file whenever there is safety issue
- Responsible for backup and safety operation for computer network, communication lines and servers
- Familiar with network cabling, PBX, company's telephone wiring etc.
Requirements
- Tertiary Education or above in computer, information engineering or related field
- CETB 4, excellent English in reading and writing, knowledge of Cantonese is preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in network planning, server maintenance, system management, maintenance and construction
- Familiar with TCP/IP, switching, routing and firewall technology, ability of network planning
- Good communication skills, strong analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility
