Responsibilities
- Initiate, participate in or assist management in developing policy and system
- Responsible for departmental management, guiding, training and employee evaluation
- Provide clients with consultation services on accounting, audit and tax in Hong Kong and China
- Analyze accounting information regularly, identify and solve problems accurately
- Coordinate with other departments
- Complete tasks assigned by top management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, management or related major, CET 6
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management or minimum 3 years of related management experience
- Familiar with tax regulations, experience in tax planning
- Knowledge in training, tax and financial management for management consulting industry, strong sense of risk management and tax-saving
- Good coordination and communication skills, strong sense of teamwork and able to work under pressure
- Middle-level accountant, CPA, CTA is preferred
- Experience in CPA firm is preferred
