Requirements

  • F.7/DSE or above with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Problems solving, communication skill and priority setting.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Chinese; able to speak Mandarin.
  • Excellent PC knowledge on MS Word and Excel.
  • Fresh graduate will be considered as Administration Clerk.
  • Immediate available is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to department.
  • Assist in handling office repair and maintenance works and arrange maintenance work schedule
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, stationary, furniture etc.
  • Monitor the inventory level and organized filing system.
  • Assist and liaison with other departments to ensure the daily operations are smooth.
  • Perform back-up receptionist duties.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
