Specific Arrangements for CEPA

Hong Kong and Macau service suppliers are permitted to provide relevant freight allocation and logistics services which include: road general cargo transportation, storage, loading and unloading, processing, packaging, dispatch and related information processing services and relevant consulting business, domestic cargo agency business, computer-aided network administration and running logistics business, in the forms of wholly-owned or joint venture in mainland China.

Requirements for Service Suppliers

• The investors who intend to set up international circulation and logistics business shall have at least one of them with outstanding achievement and operating experience in the operation of international trade or international freightage or an international cargo forwarding agency, who shall be the largest shareholder
• investors who intend to set up a third party logistics business shall have at least one of them with outstanding achievement and operating experience in the operation of traffic and transportation or logistics, who shall be the largest shareholder

Requirements for Incorporation

• The Company shall suit its scale of operation
• The Company shall operate in a fixed location
• The Company has all operating facilities necessary for business
• The Company shall operation during a period not exceeding 20 years

Required Documents for Incorporation

• Certificate of Hong Kong and Macau service supplier
• Application for incorporation
• Feasibility study report
• The qualification certificate of each investor to the joint venture
• Certificates of Chinese and foreign investors, or personal ID cards and credit certificates
• Contracts and articles of association
• The register and curriculum vitae of members of the Board or the joint administration, as well as chief executives
• Enterprise Name Approval in Advance Notice
• Proof of business ground/office of the corporation
