Position: Human Resources & Administrative Assistant
Location: Hong Kong
Department: Human Resources Department
Job Field: Full Time

Responsibilities


To provide general support to the HR team including:
  • Handle daily HR operations, including tax reporting, leave administration, attendance record maintenance and the resignation process
  • Provide support on the recruitment process, including posting of job advertisements, tests administration and new hires onboarding logistics
  • Compile HR reports, statistics and analysis
  • Support HR projects and ad hoc initiatives
To provide general support to the Administration team including:
  • Perform reception duties including greeting clients and handling phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier services
  • Perform general clerical and office administrative duties
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education
  • Willing to learn, well organized and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with high integrity
  • Good command of English and Cantonese; spoken Mandarin is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
