Position: Human Resources Officer
Location: Hong Kong

Job Highlights

  • At least 3 years' experience in C&B administration
  • Good understanding of Employment Ordinance
  • Knowledge in HRIS and excellent MS Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' experience in compensation and benefits administration
  • Knowledge in HRIS and excellent MS Excel skills
  • Resourceful with good understanding of Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Independent, analytical, a good team-player, effective communication skills, good time management and able to meet deadlines
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Human Resources Associate

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 - 5 years' experience in resourcing and employee onboarding with some experience in campus recruitment
  • Independent, a good team-player, effective communication skills and able to meet hiring timelines
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Those with less experience may be considered for the Recruitment Specialist position
