Information for Mainland Enterprises to Set up Companies in Hong Kong and Related Tax Planning

To encourage more mainland enterprises to leverage on Hong Kong's position as a springboard to capture overseas business opportunities, Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and Jiangsu Provincial Government jointly held a seminar entitled "Information for Mainland Enterprises to Set up Companies in Hong Kong and Related Tax Planning"in Hong Kong on 10 November 2009. Since all the participants were either senior or middle management officers from larger enterprises in Jiangsu Province, Mr. Man Law, Head of the Greater China Division of Conpak, delivered a detailed talk on those matters that the entrepreneurs currently concern the most, including economic environment and tax issue, to ensure more effective communication with them.
