China Property Investment Strategy Seminar under Macro-economic Adjustment at the invitation of ET Business College

Invited by ET Business College, Mr. Man Law, Head of the Greater China Division of Conpak CPA Limited, attended the "China Property Investment Strategy under Macro-economic Adjustment" seminar as a chief guest speaker. Mr. Law presented an in-depth analysis of the tax issues related to investments in the property market in mainland China, highlighting the taxes, tax rates and calculation methods, exemplified by real case studies. The lecture was followed by a Q&A session, in which Miss Janice Lui, famous hostess of financial radio programs, raised various questions related to purchasing real estate in mainland China, and Mr. Law provided detailed answers, he also pointed out various points-to-note for investors. The lecture was extremely well received. A questionnaire survey following the seminar showed that 83% of the audience members were very satisfied, or satisfied, with the content and practicality of the topics discussed, while 95% indicated that the seminar was beneficial.
